At Fighter's Superstore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items such as mouthguards, groin guards, and handwraps cannot be returned once opened.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for signs of wear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
